复杂科学管理首届国际研讨会征文启事

中国·武汉
21世纪人类已经进入了全球化的时代，很多事情的依赖程度愈来愈深，互动关系愈来愈重；人们对社会经济系统的看法是：它是一个有人的思维介于其中的复杂系统；自然科学出现了非线性、不确定性、复杂性、混沌等概念；新的科学——复杂科学正在兴起；信息技术、网络技术发展迅猛。作为一种新的管理思想——复杂科学管理已经形成了包括思维模式、基本理论、研究工具和研究方法等在内的理论体系，并在资本市场、供应链管理和应急管理等领域得到了广泛的应用。
本次会议将邀请复杂科学管理领域的国内外知名专家学者，就复杂科学管理的基本理论、研究方法及其在社会、经济、管理等领域的应用进行广泛交流。本次会议将成为复杂科学管理领域的国际盛事，也将会是国内外相关领域专业人员的一次高水平交流机会。
热忱欢迎国内外专家学者踊跃投稿。

复杂科学管理的理论、方法与实践
二、会议议题
会议主要包括但不限于以下议题：
1、复杂科学管理的基本理论：系统思维、互动理论、整体观理论、整合理论、新资源观理论、无序——有序理论及创新理论；
2、复杂科学管理的研究方法：复杂系统建模、复杂系统优化、多agent方法、数据挖掘、统计分析、复杂网络等；
3、复杂经济系统：宏观经济系统，金融系统，企业的成长和结构，生产和供应网络，循环经济，可持续发展理论，技术经济；
4、复杂管理系统：战略管理，基于人的行为的运作管理，基于人的行为的供应链管理，组织行为与人力资源管理，知识管理，技术管理，创业管理，风险管理，现代服务管理，财务管理；
5、复杂社会系统：社会网络，公共管理，应急管理。

六、论文要求
1、论文用英文，请使用MS Word。请用电子邮件寄发给组委会。
2、论文应包含：Abstract (摘要)、 Keywords (关键词)、Instruction (引言)、Text (正文)、Conclusion(结论) 、References (参考文献)，引言中请解析国内外同类研究的现状及存在的问题。
3、论文排版格式样张请到：www.ems.whu.edu.cn/csm下载。请严格按样张排版。排版可有脚注，不可有页眉。
4、投寄论文时请按回执要求附上个人信息，包括作者单位、职称、职务和E-Mail地址。
5、文责自负，严禁一稿多投。
七、会议出版物
所有会议录用的论文，作为会议文献将由澳大利亚“澳华学者出版社”以会议专刊形式出版。本届会议论文将送交国际权威检索ISI机构的ISSHP检索审查收录。并挑选优秀论文发表：1)斯普林格（Springer）书籍受EI检索约70篇，版面费另计，每篇不超过900元；2）推荐在杂志《Human & Ecological Risk Assessment》（影响因子 1.29）和《expert systems》(影响因子 0.729）上发表。
论文审稿通过后即通知作者交纳版面费，每篇1500元（限5页内），超过5页者每超1页加收300元。

Backgrounds and Aims
The mankind has stepped into the global epoch in 21st century, the interdependence of things becomes closer and the interaction is more complex; the social-economic system is a complex system that is affected by the man with thinking; some concepts, such as non-linearity, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity and so on, have appeared in natural sciences. A new science: of complexity emerges, and the information technology and network technology develops rapidly. As a new managerial theory, complexity science management has formed its theoretical system and has been applied in capital market, supply chain management and emergency management.
This conference will invite famous experts at home and abroad in complexity science management and communicate the new developments in complexity science management and its applications in society, economy and management. This conference will be a good opportunity of international communication for experts in complexity science management.

Publication
All the papers employed by the conference, will be published by Australia and Chinese Scholar Publishing House in Australia. And the publication will be sent to ISI for ISSHP. Some of the excellent papers will be sent to the magazine Springer, which will be searched by EI. Some other excellent papers will be recommended to the magazine Human & Ecological Risk Assessment.
