华北电力大学经济与管理学院副教授、博士生导师、中国社科院财经战略研究院博士后(原财贸所)、华北电力大学电力经济管理教研室主任、华北电力大学能源互联网研究中心副主任、主要研究方向是能源互联网、综合能源系统、能源经济管理、电力负荷预测、技术经济分析与评价等。
在国内外发表学术论文90余篇。其中被SCI、SSCI收录27篇,其中发表中科院一、二区学术论文23篇,TOP期刊21篇,2篇为高被引论文,被EI收录25篇,获得省部级科技成果一等奖4项,二等奖2项。
2020年获得中国技术经济学会青年创新奖,申请专利19项,获得软著32项。作为主持人,负责1项国家自然科学基金,1项教育部博士点基金,1项博士后基金,2项北京市社科项目,2项河北省重点研发计划项目,其他项目50余项。

长期从事能源系统分析、决策理论与应用等方面的研究工作,对能源管理、能源互联网、综合能源系统、智能优化等领域的现状和发展趋势有深入了解,在综合能源系统规划和运行、能源经济、能源管理等相关学科领域有一定的成果。通过理论与实践的不断迭代,力争理论有创新、应用有突破、学术有价值,希望所做研究能够真正通过管理优化决策为能源投入产出效率的提升、“双碳”目标的实现、新型电力系统的建设、可再生能源利用的提高和用户能源成本的降低做出自己的贡献。目前已经主持并参与多项项目,秉承“理论研究→模型搭建→解决问题→实际验证→理论研究”的全流程闭环思路开展学术研究。负责和参与的主要研究项目如下:
